Linda Frank – Executive Director
Linda is from Richmond, VA and has been in the NRV since 2014. She holds degrees in Psychology and Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Following a career as a secondary school foreign language teacher, Linda worked with United Way of Greater Richmond as Director of the Older Adults Partnership, a coalition of healthcare and service providers working to make services accessible to at-risk elderly. From there, she was recruited to serve as Executive Director of The Shepherd’s Center of Richmond, a nonprofit volunteer service and life-long learning organization for seniors. For the past two years, Linda has worked directly with low-income clients with mental health challenges, teaching life skills such as navigating the healthcare system. In addition to her passion for human services, Linda brings experience and skill in program development, volunteer management, technology, and grant-writing to the clinic.
